1. Equipment status check
-The transmission chain, belt, and tensioner are free from looseness, abnormal noise, and deviation.
-The fan, heating tube, and temperature control instrument display are normal.
-The circulation and exhaust air are unobstructed and unobstructed.
2. Inspection of the tensioning system
-The clamp/needle plate/cloth clamp is intact, without deformation, missing needles, or looseness.
-Tighten the cylinder and stabilize the air pressure within the specified range.
-The feeding guidance and centering mechanism are normal.
3. Confirmation of process parameters
-The temperature, wind speed, operating speed, and stretching width are set according to the process sheet.

2、 Key points of core control during operation
1. Temperature control
-Partition temperature control: heating in the front area, constant temperature in the middle area, and cooling and shaping in the back area to avoid sudden cooling and heating.
-Overheating is strictly prohibited to prevent material shrinkage, hardening, and discoloration.
2. Matching speed and tension
-Speed too fast: insufficient drying, wrinkling, and unstable size.
-Slow speed: overheating, hardening, high energy consumption.
-The speed difference between the front and rear sections should be small to prevent tearing and excessive stretching.
3. Flattening width and stretching
-Set the horizontal stretching amount according to product requirements and do not forcefully widen it.
-Ensure synchronization on both sides to prevent deviation, tilting, and tightening on one side.
-Release tension appropriately before discharging to reduce rebound deformation.
4. Feeding and discharging
-The feed should be smooth, without creases, and without excessively thick joints.
-If wrinkles appear, immediately slow down, adjust alignment or tension.
-Timely inspection of discharge: flatness, moisture content, hand feel, size.
3、 Key points for safe operation
1. It is strictly prohibited to insert hands or tools into the clamp, chain, or transmission area.
2. Cleaning and maintenance must be stopped, powered off, and tagged.
3. Do not touch in high temperature areas to prevent burns.
4. Keep the ground dry and free of oil stains, and prevent slipping.
4、 Key points of daily maintenance
1. Cleaning
-Clean the fibers, dust, and debris in the clamps, needle plates, and air ducts in each shift.
-Regularly clean the surface of the filter and heater to ensure heat exchange efficiency.
2. Lubrication
-Add oil to the chain, guide rail, and bearing periodically.
-Cylinder and pneumatic drainage ensure stable air pressure.
3. Inspection of vulnerable parts
-Needle plates, clamps, belts, heating tubes, and temperature control probes are regularly replaced and calibrated.
-Immediately stop the machine for troubleshooting if any deviation, shaking, or abnormal noise is detected.
5、 Quick assessment of common problems
-Wrinkle: Uneven feeding, uneven tension, high/low temperature, mismatched speed.
-Large shrinkage: insufficient stretching, high temperature, and unshaped discharge.
-Uneven drying: uneven wind speed, local blockage, large temperature deviation.
-Deviation: poor alignment, inconsistent tension on both sides, and worn clamps.
